This section focuses on the identification of ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of how the club is run.
To ensure that Sutton United football Club is run in accordance with all appropriate laws, rules and regulations and in accordance with issued FA guidelines. To ensure that there is a relevant Club structure and appropriate financial resources, management and leadership which will support the achievement of the aims and targets contained in the Football Development Plan.
Set up the Football Development Plan Team to manage, monitor and deliver the Football Development Plan. (See Structure Chart).
Improve the effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and records management of the Club by the adoption of all appropriate FA Policies, codes of conduct, guidelines and forms.
Effective and efficient use of resources for training purposes.
Centrally record all details of managers, coaches,volunteers and helpers together with their training, qualifications and CRB checks.
Develop an enhanced internal communication network for all managers,coaches and volunteer workers.
Ensure delivery of the above by introducing improved technology and systems management.
Ensure all data is stored safely.
