Sutton United Football Club is a wholly-owned entity of Sutton United Football Club Limited. Company number 519334 registered in England and Wales.
Sutton United Football Club is run by a management executive committee comprising the Club CEO, COO, Head of Finance and a subset of directors. In addition a Senior Leadership Team is responsible for day-to-day operational matters headed by the COO and also composed of a subset of directors and key staff. In addition representation of supporters and the community is recognised with the Club Supporter Liaison Officer and Head of Sutton United Foundation also being members. The chairman of the club is currently Bruce Elliott, with Adrian Barry as vice-chairman.
Sutton United Football Club Limited is a limited company with clearly defined objectives. Its shares do not trade on any exchange and any transactions or transfer of share ownership must be approved by the board of directors, as well as adhering to the regulations of the Football Association and the English Football League.
There is no majority shareholder but four shareholders, Nawaf Al Shammari, Tim Allison, Gary Otto and Civitas, Sutton, LLC hold a significant interest (i.e. 10% or over) in the shareholding of Sutton United Football Club Limited.
The board is responsible for the club’s long-term strategy and financial position.

Sutton United Supporters’ Trust is a legally registered body that holds shares in Sutton United FC Ltd. The Trust works closely with directors and officers to achieve mutually desirable goals.

Sutton United is a FA Charter Standard Community Club and fully supports the FA’s Respect campaign. We were the first football club in the world to receive Planet Positive status and are now proud to be holders of the Planet Mark, in partnership with the Eden Project.
