Sutton United Academy

The Sutton United Academy is seeking to appoint highly motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic coaches for the Youth Development (age 13-16) and Foundation Phase (age 9-12) age groups. The roles are part time and include regular evening and weekend commitments.

The roles includes supporting the delivery of the coaching programmes at the relevant age levels, working closely with other lead phase coaches to ensure departmental performance targets are maintained and achieved.

The successful candidates will have a UEFA B Licence, Enhanced DBS, Level 2 emergency first aid and previous experience of working in an Elite academy, with an A Licence and Advanced Youth Award desirable but not essential.

Sutton United Women

Women’s First Team Kit Manager (Volunteer)

We are looking for a local volunteer to join our team and assist with providing kit and equipment for our Women’s First Team, including players and staff. This role will involve supporting coaching staff in ensuring a smooth running of kit and equipment related duties.

Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure all Women’s kit is appropriately accommodated
– Distribute kit on match days and ensure equipment is available for coaches during warm up.
– Manage kit and equipment levels throughout the season and keep inventory.
– Ensure changing rooms are kept and left clean on match days.
– Assist First Team Manager with duties as needed

– Women’s Reserve Team Manager and Coached
– Head of Women’s Football
What we are looking for
Essential: High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, ability to travel to games independently and the ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable: Experience working in a footballing environment and knowledge of kit and equipment.
Personal: Excellent communication skills, trustworthy, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast paced environment.
