In a thrilling Surrey FA County Cup semi final against Crawley AFC, a very tight game saw Sutton go one up in the first half. It remained very closely contested and Crawley grabbed an equaliser with four minutes to go. With the game seemingly destined for a penalty shoot out, Sutton struck again with a last minute goal to clinch the tie and secure a second cup final of the season.
