The latest accounts for Sutton United Football Club Ltd, the holding company of the Football Club, has been made available today at Companies House. These cover the period of Season 2023-24.
A General Meeting of Shareholders will be called for a date at the end of March (more details to follow) where those entitled to attend will have the opportunity to ask questions of the Board and decide on any proposed resolutions.
Sutton United shareholder and COO, Tim Allison added, “ The Club has adjusted to the different financial demands of the National League following our relegation at the end of the 2023-24 season and is already planning for how the business will adapt when promoted once again to the EFL.
With a stadium significantly improved, and with a programme in place for additional improvements and capacity increases when that time happens I am confident in the future prospects of the Club we all support.”
