  • Opportunities to gain further relevant coaching qualifications
  • Opportunities to manage/coach teams in the JPL (Junior Premiere League) and Surrey County Women and Girls’ League
  • All training equipments provided
  • Mentors for junior coaches to help build life skills in football
  • Opportunity to shadow and learn from first team managers and coaches, to further build on own skill
  • Opportunity to be involved in the shaping of Women’s and Girls’ football

What we expect from you

  • Passion for the game and commitment to get involved
  • You should be at least FA Level 1 qualified, and ideally UEFA C/FA Level 2(or in the process) for our older age groups and our JPL side
  • To help enhance and deliver coaching programmes
  • Commitments will include one or two evenings of team coaching sessions plus Saturday/Sunday match days
