Sutton United’s ‘United in the Community Programme’ has been shortlisted as a Finalist in the 2015 National Football Awards. Based on the progress that has been made over the last two years,, the nomination is for Best Non-Premier League Football Community Scheme. Other finalists include Fulham, Brighton and Hove Albion, Derby County, the Football Foundation and another Surrey club, Kew Park Rangers.

Bruce Elliot , Club Chairman said: ‘We are delighted that the efforts of our community team, of which are very proud, continue to be recognised with their nomination for such a prestigious award.”

The Awards ceremony will be held at Stamford Bridge on Thursday 5th November.
