We’re pleased to report that Dan Matsuzaka, who was carried off at Aldershot on Monday having been briefly knocked out in a collision, was released from hospital on Monday night after all tests had proved clear, and he is now recovering at home under the supervision of the club medical team. In line with concussion protocol, he will be unavailable to play for at least two weeks. We would like to thank Aldershot physio Russ Clash, their club doctor and other members of staff who assisted our own team in the incident, and Connor Shields for his prompt reaction when he realised the potential seriousness of the situation.
