Thursday will be a huge day for Sutton supporters as we will find out the fixtures for the EFL League Two season, and also the first round draws for the Carabao Cup and Papa John’s Trophy.

First out will be the fixtures for League Two, which will be released at 9am. Sky Sports News and Talksport will be at the club with Bruce Elliott, Matt Gray and Harry Beautyman to get reaction to the fixtures as we find out who we play our first EFL game against on Saturday 7 August.

Later on the draws for the Carabao Cup and Papa John’s Trophy will be made live on Sky Sports. The Carabao Cup draw will be at 3.40pm,with 35 ties drawn on a regional North/South basis and every EFL club in the draw except for Fulham and West Bromwich Albion, who filled the two highest relegation places in the Premier League and who will join the competition in the second round. First round matches are scheduled for the week of August 9, although clubs can mutually agree an alternative date between 31 July and 4 August.

The Papa John’s Trophy draw will follow at 4.30pm, with sixteen invited Under-21 sides from Premier League clubs joining the 48 League One and League Two clubs who will be placed into pre-determined Groups prior to the draw.
