Prevented by injury from making his debut last season, Hisham had made ten league and cup appearances this term, scoring twice, when he broke his leg in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy game against Crawley in October and was sidelined until a brief substitute’s appearance in the FA Cup at Plymouth earlier this month. He also scored against Farnborough (above) when the sides met in a pre-season friendly in July.
