Congratulations to Josh Taylor, who won his first England C cap yesterday when he came on as a second half substitute in the 1-0 win over Estonia at Leyton Orient’s Breyer Group Stadium. The only goal was a penalty midway through the second half, converted by Havant & Waterlooville’s Alfie Pavey after Laurence Maguire had been fouled. Tommy Wright had also been named in the initial squad before suffering his serious knee injury at Orient just under a fortnight ago.
