Accessibility

All accessible entrances will be open as detailed in the stadium map below:

The West Terrace is exposed, and away supporters are advised to bring appropriate clothing. The Away stand is a long walk from the main entrance (approx180m) along uneven surface and does include steps to access the seated section of the stand. The turnstiles for away supporters are 9 & 10.

Supporters will enter at the top of the stand and will have to walk down steps to reach pitch level. The covered standing and covered seating are a short walk across the length of the stand. The 100 covered seats in the West Terrace are accessible via 16 steps. Be aware of this when booking, as these seats are not accessible for disabled supporters.

Turnstiles open 1 hour and 30 minutes before kick-off.

The West Terrace does not have any disabled or baby changing facilities. All small children are required to have an individual ticket. Children are not allowed to sit on parent’s laps and must have an allocated seat of their own even if they are a baby in arms. Children are not allowed to be carried through the turnstile and must be able to walk through themselves.

Due to safety concerns, we restrict prams/pushchairs/buggies from being brought into the stands as they obstruct passageways and pose a risk during emergency evacuations. It is not advisable to bring a very small child or baby to a game but, if your supporter chooses to, we suggest wearing ear protectors as it can be very loud.

Choose seats a few rows back from the pitch (rather than standing on the terrace) to prevent any injuries from the ball coming into the crowd.

There is no audio commentary, sensory room, hearing loops or reliving stations for assistance dogs available at The New Lawn.

Forest Green Rovers the world’s first vegan football club, all food and drink sold at the stadium is vegan.

Away supporters have access to our Fan Zone area, situated at the main entrance to the stadium. Here, they can enjoy our delicious vegan food, soft drinks, hot drinks from our barista coffee stall, alcohol served from our BrewDog truck, face painting, and live music. Please note the Green Man pub is for home fans only and the Gym Bar is no longer available.

All supporters should note that The New Lawn is a cashless stadium. Debit/credit card, contactless or app payments only. No cash will be accepted.

The West Terrace does not have any facilities for disabled supporters.

Forest Green do offer 2 x Wheelchair spaces, each with an accompanying carer seat. Please note that these are in our main East Stand, and therefore will not be with the other away supporters. These seats are next to the away team bench.

The wheelchair space is charged at the appropriate category, and the carer is provided FOC. We have included these tickets to be sold by you.
