We can confirm that Matt Rush has returned to former club Maidstone United, departing Sutton on loan until the end of the season.
The forward arrived at the VBS Community Stadium in the summer having fired Maidstone to the National League South play-offs with 15 goals last season, and now returns to Kent after featuring eight times for the U’s so far this season.
Maidstone currently sit 11th in the sixth tier after 17 games.
