To celebrate the Semi-Final stage of the competition, the pizza delivery chain is giving fans the chance to snap a selfie with the trophy itself alongside their favourite club personalities. Papa John’s will also give away cheese and tomato pizzas as well as tickets to remaining matches in this season’s competition, including the fInal at Wembley on Sunday 3rd April.

The trophy is stopping off in the hometown of each semi-finalist over the space of four days this week, with a Papa John’s store in each location getting a makeover to mark the special occasion, being renamed in honour of each club for one week only in the lead-up to the semi finals.

The Papa John’s store at 26 The Market, Wrythe Lane, near Rose Hill, is being renamed ‘Papa Louis John’s’, and Louis, Matt Gray and other first team players, plus Jenny the Giraffe, will be on hand at the store to meet supporters from 3pm to 6pm this Thursday, 3 March, and have their photos taken. In addition, supporters can have a photo taken with the Papa John’s Trophy, and by posting the photo on Twitter with the #PJTSemiFinal can enter a draw for free match tickets. The first 100 to arrive on Thursday will receive a free small cheese and tomato pizza from Papa John’s.
