PRE-ORDER YOUR ROYAL AUBERGINE SHIRT HERE.
At Saturday’s game against Accrington Stanley the Sutton United players will be wearing a special Royal Aubergine purple coloured kit by O’Neills dedicated to supporting the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and all the vital work they do. We are encouraging our fans to please pre-order their shirt, which is currently the only way to obtain one, to support this brilliant cause. From every shirt sold £3 will be donated to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Expected delivery time for the shirt is approximately 6-8 weeks as they are custom made to order.
In addition, the club has offered the chance for supporters whose families have been treated at the Royal Marsden the opportunity to accompany the players onto the pitch as mascots before kick-off. Some of the mascots will also take part in a half-time challenge taking penalties against Jenny the Giraffe!
Earlier this year, to mark the start of our exciting new relationship with the Royal Marsden, four Sutton United players (Captain Craig Eastmond, Louis John, Rob Milsom and Sam Hart) went to the The Royal Marsden’s Oak Centre for Children and Young People to visit some of the child patients to spend time speaking with them one-to-one and gift them signed SUFC shirts. The players were also joined by Rob Milsom’s younger brother Nick, who was treated for leukaemia at the hospital in 1995 when he was only three years old.
We would like to thank all the staff at The Royal Marsden, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and the team at O’Neills for helping to bring this all together.
We will also be joined by professional matchmaker and life coach Paul Brunson, as seen on Married At First Sight, Celebs Go Dating and most recently on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch where he picked Sutton United to be his dedicated team from a hat containing the 92! Paul has very willingly agreed to join the Amber Army so we look forward to meeting and welcoming him into our South London Football Family with open arms!
Tickets for the game are available on line here, price £21 for adults, £15 for concessions (age 60+/full time students) and £7 for ages 12-18. Tickets for under 12s are free if bought in conjunction with an adult or concession ticket. Seat prices are £4 more in all cases. We would encourage on line purchase to avoid the £2 increase in ticket prices for tickets sold in person at the ground on the day. Don’t forget that season ticket holders from any of the other 90 Premier and EFL clubs can gain admission for £10, click here for more details
Before the game Ambers’ Bar will be open at 12 noon, with the 12.30pm Sky game being Mansfield Town v Colchester United, a game of huge interest to Sutton supporters, while at 5.15pm Stockport County play MK Dons. So why not come along early, have a pre-match pint, and enjoy three back to back games on a day when League Two takes the spotlight.
