Their squad is likely to include Michael Cheek, who impressed on several occasions for Chelmsford in the past against Sutton, and former Southampton player Lee Barnard, but not ex-Hemel Hempstead goalkeeper Jamie Butler, who left the club last week shortly after the arrival of Sam Beasant. Simon Downer will still be absent for Sutton as he completes a three match suspension but otherwise Paul Doswell should have a full squad to choose from.

After the offer was successfully run at the Dagenham game we are again offering reduced admission of £10 for adults and £6 for concessions for anyone holding a current season ticket for a Premier League or Football League club. This offer will also be in force for Saturday’s game against Tranmere. Tonight’s game is sponsored by Club Director David Mathers and his family, and the ball donors are Alex Johnston and Robert Oakes, and to all of them we are very grateful.
