Steve Morison has provided a squad update ahead of tomorrow’s rearranged trip to Forest Green Rovers.
Sutton were initially meant to visit Gloucestershire at the start of February but saw the clash moved due to both side’s progression in the Isuzu FA Trophy, and will now take on Steve Cotterill’s men off the back of a superb win on the road at Maidenhead United on Saturday.
The U’s Head Coach confirmed that Alex Woodyard missed out on the trip to Berkshire due to illness and will subsequently remain absent for Tuesday’s trip to the South-West, but otherwise has no new injury concerns to report.
“Everyone’s come through [the Maidenhead match] fine so it’ll be a very similar squad” said Morison. “There’s only Woody missing through illness; there’s been a bit of illness in the camp and Woody picked it up at the backend of last week which was frustrating. He’ll still be missing but the rest of the squad will be pretty much the same”
Tyler French and Besart Topallaj are also both set to serve the final matches of their respective suspensions, with the skipper picking up his tenth yellow card of the season at Solihull Moors last week while Topallaj saw red late on against Braintree Town.
