Steve Morison will have Besart Topallaj at his disposal against Manchester United despite his red card on Saturday, with National League Cup rules differing from the league.
The Kosovan was given his marching orders towards the end of the weekend’s clash with Braintree Town, but will start his three-game suspension from Saturday against Spennymoor Town with the U’s set to embark on a National League Quarter-Final first.
The Head Coach will otherwise has a full squad to pick from – minus the long-term absentees – with Josh Coley, Ashley Nadesan and Jack Taylor all returning from injury and illness in recent weeks, while Finley Barbrook returned from suspension on the weekend.
“We’re going to expect a very very good team that turns up and one that we know we’re going to have to be on it pretty much like we have all the other games (in the National League Cup).
