Steve Morison will have Besart Topallaj at his disposal against Manchester United, despite his red card on Saturday.

The Kosovan was given his marching orders towards the end of the weekend’s clash with Braintree Town, but due to National League Cup rules, will not have to serve his suspension on Tuesday, instead starting the first of four games on the sidelines on Saturday against Spennymoor Town – the extra game due to picking up a red card for Bromley earlier on in the season.

The Head Coach will however be without Henry Sandat and Junior Robinson who are cup-tied, having appeared for Wealdstone and West Ham United earlier in the competition, but he will be boosted by the news that there are no injury concerns following the weekend – minus the long-term absentees – with Josh Coley, Ashley Nadesan and Jack Taylor all returning from injury and illness in recent weeks, while Finley Barbrook returned from suspension on Saturday.

Morison commented on the importance of having an almost full squad available in order to prepare for a team who are renowned for being one of the best academies in the country, and who stand in their way of a last four appearance in the National League Cup.

“We’re going to expect a very very good team that turns up and one that we know we’re going to have to be on it pretty much like we have all the other games (in the National League Cup).
