Steve Morison has provided a squad update ahead of Sutton’s trip to the Midlands, with the U’s set to take on Solihull Moors tomorrow night.
Tyler French, Siju Odelusi and Henry Sandat could all return to action having missed out on Saturday’s defeat to Spennymoor Town in the Isuzu FA Trophy Quarter-Final, with the former two being suspended, while Sandat was cup-tied. Besart Topallaj will also serve the second match of his four-game suspension.
In addition, Alex Kirk and Jack Taylor both missed out as well, the latter being cup-tied but having also picked a quad strain last week against Manchester United. On the potential returns of the two defenders, Morison said:
“Fingers crossed they can train today so they’ll be involved tomorrow. Fingers crossed they’ll be out on the grass and fingers crossed that they come through training and we’ll see them tomorrow night”
