Cobham is also the venue when we do return to league action next week with a home game against Aylesford, but the kick off for that game will be 3.30pm. Further details will be given nearer the weekend.

The first of the friendlies was on Thursday night and it was Amelia Cutler who scored a hat trick in an impressive 4-2 win over Bromley at Hayes Lane. Laila Malcolm was also on target for U’s, with the line up including Cindy Colliver, a member of our squad two seasons ago who is rejoining the club having left for a spell at Dorking Wanderers.

Before last week’s game against Dartford the squad came together for a photo (above). Back row: Sam Kelly (kitman), Ben Dawes (strength & conditioning coach), Dayna van Rooyen(physio), Eden Clark, Maddi Creaser, Emma Spear, Emma Marlow, Marni Humphries, Zoe McNulty, Sophie Modak, Justine Buckmire, Holly Talbut-Smith, Lucy Clark(manager), Anthony Rosenberg-Murray(assistant manager).

Front row: Toni-Ann Bussey, Abbie Measures, Alara Tyrer, Mia Knowlton South, Laila Malcom, Jas Backhurst, Caitlin Savage, Hannah Thomas, Amelia Cutler.

There was no competitive game for our teams today with the reserves’ game against Epsom at Banstead postponed due to the weather and the development side not in action for another fortnight. The reserves are away to Crawley AFC reserves next Sunday at Copthorne, kick off 1pm.
