Our congratulations to our Under 13 Girls' team, who made up for the disappointment of their League Cup final defeat against Balham earlier this month by lifting the Surrey County Cup on Sunday, beating Beecholme Belles 5-0 in the final at Meadowbank
After a quiet and even opening to the game Sutton acheived the breakthrough after 25 minutes and went on to add four more goals to make sure the cup was theirs. The goals came from Ashai Ford (2), Aimee-Lou Daws (2) and Bethany Haynes.
Our congratulations to the girls and their managers on an excellent season, and they would like to thank the Surrey FA for organising a great day that will live long in the memories of both teams.
